Adam Ashley-Cooper says Wallabies’ visit to Twickenham on Saturday will be helpful experience for next year's World Cup. The Wallabies are visiting London after defeats in France and Ireland to face England who want to put one over on a top southern hemisphere team after their loss to South Africa and New Zealand. This meeting is also practice for a match at next year’s World Cup on the same ground where defeat could eliminate from a group also featuring Wales.
Ashley-Cooper said: “It is a difficult group and you can take Saturday’s game as a preparation match for the World Cup. It will be after seven or eight months but we have England in the World Cup and it will give us understanding what it would be like. Everybody is really excited. It is our last match of the year and it is important we have a good finish before we meet again prior to Rugby World Cup. We always wait to play at twickenham. It gives us excitement and after two disappointing weeks we want to give response and we will be looking to do that.”
