Rodgers Confirms Liverpool has Offered New Deal to Steven Gerrard

Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that Liverpool has offered Steven Gerrard a new contract. The current deal of ex-captain of England will expire at the end of the season and he would be allowed to do a pre-contract deal with another club from January.
