Sam
Burgerss is an English professional rugby union player. He was signed on
February 2014, for Bath Rugby in England’s top rugby union competition on a
three year contract starting from October 2014. Now he will play in coming
Rugby World Cup 2015.
England Head Coach Stuart Lancaster said that Sam Burgess will play an outside
chance of turning out in coming Rugby World cup. He said Sam Burgerss doing
very well. Six Nations was going but next big event World Cup will very
important. We never miss any chance in RWC. Sam will play for England at its
highest level. I know one of his goal to get on Australia tour in 2016 and
become a regular international player in 2017. So his mind set for a big game
and mine is also.
I am pleased with that he is doing 100%. He also said that he
is not under any illusions as to how long it can take. I think the expectation
around a player is very high but the reality is he has not looked out of place
at all in some of the top end club games in rugby union. I know that he perhaps
feels he wants to make more of an impact but sometimes the games in Rugby do
not go that way. Last week we made a plan to get back Sam in the game. We are
all very hopeful for his performance in RWC.
